Pet Policy

Any person(s) applying for an apartment with an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), must have a letter from a local licensed medical doctor/psychiatrist that is dated a minimum of thirty (30) days, with a maximum of one hundred eighty (180) days, prior to the application.  Any dog 55lbs+ at full-grown weight must be in a first-level apartment.
